If a DMV hearing is not requested by either the individual or the individualís attorney within ten (10) days of a Burlingame DUI arrest, the motoristís right to contest the suspension of their driver license is waived and the individualís California driver license will be automatically suspended 30 days from the date of the DUI arrest, for a minimum of 4 months. Therefore, it is critical to obtain a qualified DUI defense attorney to help protect your right to drive.
